John Holland implemented SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment & Onboarding in October 2018. RKM Consulting were engaged as a key part of the implementation team and provided a number of resources with specialist skill sets to assist with project delivery. Rob provided guidance and experience to our in-house project management team which was invaluable in establishing the right course of action and planning through the project. RKM also provided specialist solutions consultants to engage and steer business SME’s through configuration, testing and defect management whilst also assisting in conveying technical requirements with our implementation partner. We are grateful for the support and guidance of Rob and his team.

Australian Unity implemented SuccessFactors LMS. Jamie Kermanidis and Rob Makinson were involved in our project from preparation through to go live support. Jamie focused heavily on the solution design, testing, data and cutover support. Rob provided guidance around the project management and also ensured that our SuccessFactors implementation partner delivered their functions as per the SOW and project plan. Both resources were able to work with our LMS SME’s and administrators to ensure we developed an integrated solution that replaced our legacy systems and connected to our Employee Central database. The post go live support was also crucial to ensure we bedded down the solution and supported our end users in acceptance. RKM also provided flexibility brining in extra test and training resources for peak periods allowing us to ensure we could complete tasks on time and on budget. We have continued using the RKM team for our Succession, Compensation and Performance roll out and look forward to future success with these modules.

Powercor implemented SuccessFactors Employee Central in 2016. RKM Consulting were engaged to provide us with Testing expertise to ensure our project testing deliverables were completed successfully. Rob Makinson joined us a third of a way into our project with a need to design and execute the testing strategy immediately. He very quickly immersed himself within the project engaging with the business SME’s and implementation partner to establish test scripts, user acceptance process and defect management approach. Due to Rob’s experience, he was also able to provide guidance and direction to our Data team who were grappling with the approach and enormity of the data. Rob Makinson worked on our HR Transformation project for over 12 months. Starting as the Technical Lead he was responsible for the solution design, integration and build of our SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Payroll systems. Throughout the project his role moved through Data Conversion Lead, Cutover Lead, and Payroll Manager for a shot period after Go-Live.
