Santos implemented SuccessFactors over an 11 month period, with multiple technical and business go lives, concluding with Employee Central Payroll in Feb 2020. Other modules implemented included Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Succession, Compensation and Learning.

RKM Consulting provided three full time resources during the Santos SuccessFactors project. A functional lead for Onboarding, Sourcing and Recruitment, and two delivery analysts who were divided between Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll and Performance and Goals, Succession, Compensation and Learning.

The RKM resources were embedded within the Santos team representing Santos in design workshops, testing, training, data activities and cutover.

Since go live the RKM resources have continued to work with the Santos busines teams to support admin functions, embed the new processes and integrate new acquisitions.
